Meet Kimberley Gladden, the President & Senior Consultant at Human Power Consulting Ltd.

Kimberley has over 17 years experience providing Human Resource Management with a diverse knowledge in non-profit, for profit, private and government sectors. Her background covers a variety of fields including; Healthcare, Non-Profit, Construction, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Agriculture and First Nations. Kimberley holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Alberta, complimented with a Human Resources Management Certificate. In addition, Kimberley is a Certified HR Professional (CPHR), a Certified Talent Management Professional (CTMP), a Certified Workplace Investigator (CWI) and a long-standing member with the Human Resource Institute of Alberta. 

Kimberley started her career with Capital Health Services and was involved when it transitioned to become Alberta Health Services. As an HR Advisor with AHS, on the Change Management team, Kimberley was integral in helping the client’s 110,000+ employees successfully transition to a Provincial Health Care System. Through keeping an open line of communication with HR teams all across the province, Kimberley was able to devise adjustments with implementation to ensure a successful transition.

In 2014, Kimberley founded Human Power Consulting Ltd. to share her expertise with organizations across the province. Since this time Kimberley has been an integral part of realizing numerous HR initiatives. Kimberley is talented at recognizing the power of utilizing individual strengths to their fullest potential. She has an innate ability to assess current situations and provide create strategies to create successful HR outcomes.
